AFR and AER Updates

BCF Wessex have updated AFRs (annual fuel rates) and AERs (advisory electricity rates) for client Fleet Tax Guides and applied to all Gensen client systems.

No changes or reloads are required, as soon as you access the FTG or Gensen, the new rates are taken in to account and the assumption notes are also updated.
