AFRs

At the end of August 2022, HMRC updated the annual fuel rates for UK companies to appropriately recompense business drivers for business travel in company cars, or to charge employees for fuel costs when company cars are used in private travel. Our software and web tool users will find that the AFRs are always updated and as such, the new rates have been updated across our systems.

Glossary & FAQs

We’ve updated content within the helpdesk for all Gensen users within the General Notes section. There are now nearly 100 entries providing a straightforward, easy to understand reference for point for car finance and tax-related information. Login to Gensen and click Help and Support in the menu to get started. The search function will return links based on keywords, too.

Filtering Updates

Sometimes, you might need to find a car based upon criterion and to assist with that, there are now new filters within the Makes section, and Models, within Gensen. Users can drill down to find a range of makes and models with live count updates to help you discover the right car for your customer. You can still refine your comparator results with filtering, to show only EVs or remove certain makes, etc.

Car Images

After our initials tests using the API services from the team at Imagin.Studio were successful, we’re excited to be able to upgrade your Gensen software with a range of reliable, quality and updated images to better represent the makes and models of car available on your rate book. We’ll be in touch to help you get started with your FREE account at Imagin.Studio but if you’re already a free or paid subscriber to their service, we’re approved to use your account to enhance your Gensen account.
